江城中澳農(nóng)業(yè)科技發(fā)展有限公司成立于2014年4月，是一家專注于澳洲堅果（又名：夏威夷果）種苗培育、種植、生產(chǎn)加工、科研與技術服務、進出口貿(mào)易的云南省級龍頭企業(yè)，同時也是中國食品土畜進出口商會夏威夷果專業(yè)委員會理事長單位。
Jiangcheng Sino-Aus Agriculture Technology Development Co.Ltd (SAAT) was established in April, 2014, which focuses on macadamia nursery cultivation, planting, processing, scientific research, technical service and trading. SAAT is not only honored as leading company in forestry industry by Yunnan province government but also the director general unit of China Macadamia Committee, CNFA.

公司注冊資本1.603億元，凈資產(chǎn)3.2億元，已在云南省澳洲堅果主產(chǎn)區(qū)布局了8個全資子公司，3個分公司，已開發(fā)完成澳洲堅果種植基地2.5萬畝，其中，位于普洱市江城縣國慶鄉(xiāng)的嘎勒種植基地被認定為全球最大的澳洲堅果單體連片種植基地。
With a register capital of RMB 160.3 million and net assets RMB 320 million, SAAT has 8 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 3 branch companies distributed in main macadamia growing area of Yunnan province. Besides, SAAT has owned 25,000 mu (1667.5 hectare) macadamia planting base including Gale planting base which is probably the largest one-piece macadamia planting base in the world.

2017年，公司在云南臨滄市臨翔工業(yè)園區(qū)建成了公司首個萬噸級標準加工廠。該加工廠借鑒了澳洲及南非的國際先進設計理念，配置了一流的生產(chǎn)設備及綜合控制平臺，可整合澳洲堅果濕度數(shù)據(jù)、產(chǎn)量數(shù)據(jù)、破殼數(shù)據(jù)、色選數(shù)據(jù)、溫度數(shù)據(jù)等綜合數(shù)據(jù)并將這些數(shù)據(jù)進行計算整理。同年中澳農(nóng)科標準加工廠完成首批1000噸澳洲堅果初級加工，目前公司可提供的產(chǎn)品為商品殼果、開口殼果（開口笑）、果仁、澳洲堅果油等。我們已與國內(nèi)多家知名電商指定的加工廠建立了大宗貿(mào)易關系，并在中國的華東、中原等地區(qū)開發(fā)了廣闊的市場。與此同時，我們研發(fā)的純天然澳洲堅果手工皂，澳洲堅果精油和澳洲堅果化妝水等也在逐步形成深加工產(chǎn)品體系。
In 2017, SAAT built the first 10-thousand-ton class processing factory in Lincang, and its design was inspired by international advanced design concept in Australia and South Africa. The processing factory has set up first-class production facilities and control platform which can integrate macadamia data of moisture, temperature, color sorting, cracking and output. SAAT processed 1,000 tons nut in shell in 2017 and can provide macadamia NIS, cutting nuts, kernel, oil and etc. SAAT has cooperated with several famous e-commerce companies, and keep expanding market in east and mid of China. Meanwhile, SAAT is building a processing product system based on researching macadamia soup, lotions，essential oil，and etc.
